It’s no secret that our whole mission is to make real estate technology as accessible and easy to use as we can, for everyone involved. Part of that is maintaining existing experiences—and part of that is creating new ones.
Ultimately, we want to make it easier for people to find and use the tech they need from us, and to us, a big part of that is making sure everything’s properly and clearly labeled.
That’s why, soon, we’re rebranding our flagship products—so they’re named for what they do for you.
Wait, what’s changing?
On June 30, we’re going to start rolling out the new names of our core products—including zipForm Plus/zipTMS, EliteAgent, TransactionDesk, and brokerWOLF. Instead, they’ll be called:
- Lone Wolf Transactions (zipForm Edition)
- Lone Wolf Transactions (TransactionDesk Edition)
- Lone Wolf Back Office
- Lone Wolf EliteAgent
This means that starting on June 30, you’ll see these changes rolling out on our site, on your invoices and documents, and in any and all Lone Wolf products you use. Note, you may not see the new title in your product until a couple of days later, depending on the product you use.
Importantly, this is a change in name only!
None of the changes we’re making will affect the functionality of any of our products in any way. Everything’s still the same under the hood—just with a fresh new title.
Not everything is changing.
Along with functionality of all of our products, there are a few other things staying the same. Many of our other products, including add-ons and legacy solutions, are keeping their original names.
This includes, but isn’t limited to:
- zipForm Standard
- zipVault
- zipCRM
- zipForm MLS-Connect
- zipForm Record-Connect
- zipForm Transaction Coordinator
- zipForm Mobile
- ListFlash
- OfferPlace
- DPN
- Lucero
- WOLFconnect
- globalWOLF
- loadingDOCS
Rome wasn’t built in a day!
We understand this is bit of a change, especially to those of you who’ve been with us for decades. We don’t expect you to memorize the new names right away (though they are simple enough for it!), and we completely understand it may take some time to get used to them. That’s OK!
We’ve tried our best to ease the adjustment by retaining elements of the previous names in various places of your customer experience with us. If there is more we can do to help, please feel free to let us you know!
In the meantime, we’ll have more information to share with you as the date draws nearer, so keep your eyes peeled!
