Customer Support Specialist
As a member of the Customer Support team in Cambridge, you will be responsible for responding to customer questions and resolving challenges. Positions are available for supporting both our real estate accounting software clients, as well as supporting our web products for the real estate industry.
In the Customer Support role you will walk the customer through steps to resolve a variety of functionality and software issues. This role provides the opportunity to troubleshoot to work through issues, utilizing your product knowledge and technical skills, and see the customer through to a resolution.
Training will be provided. However, accounting knowledge and real estate experience would be an asset for the accounting support positions. Experience on the internet, and HTML knowledge is preferred for the website support positions.
Employees able to work 9-5pm and 12-8pm shifts are required for these positions.

Software Trainer
We require in-house trainers to deliver on-line training to our clients. You will be required to train end-users on our custom programs for the real estate industry. We require individuals with excellent communications and organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and presentation skills as well as accounting knowledge and previous training experience are preferred. Experience in the real estate industry would be an asset.
Wolf Watch Specialist
As a member of the Wolf Watch team, you will be responsible for processing customer bank reconciliations, reviewing and cleaning up customer books and entering financial history for new clients. You will also need to assist customers with questions regarding accounting with our custom accounting software. The successful candidate would have bookkeeping & bank reconciliation experience. The ability to multi-task and troubleshoot is essential. Accounting knowledge and real estate experience would be an asset.
Inside Sales Position - Internet Services Division
Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies is looking for an inside sales representative in our Cambridge, Ontario office for our rapidly growing Global Wolf Internet Services Division. We are seeking someone who has knowledge of website and extranet solutions. This person should be an enthusiastic, independent sales professional who is a self starter, as well as a team player. Ideal candidate must have strong computer skills, ability to demonstrate and sell website solutions and extranet tools over the phone and capacity to think outside of the box.

Clerical Assistant
As a full time member of the internal administrative team, you will be providing clerical support to our office manager, which includes A/R collection calls, invoicing, processing credit card payments, filing, office supply maintenance, and other duties as required. Extreme attention to details required for this position.
IT Customer Support Specialist
As a member of the IT support team, you will be responsible for providing remote IT support regarding hardware, software and networking compatibility and setup issues with our custom software programs. Internal IT support may be required as well. The ability to multi-task, troubleshoot, and excellent English written and oral communication skills are required. 2nd/3rd level IT support experience preferred.
Market Research Representative
Applicant should have strong interpersonal and phone skills. The position includes conducting phone marketing surveys and introductions of the Lone Wolf product line. Leads will be generated via cold call and e-mail drip campaigns. Candidate will work closely with the internal and external sales team and will be instrumental in assisting the growth and development of the company. Full and/or part time available.
Web Designer
Applicants should have a strong background in web design, with at least three years of working experience. You must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, XHTML and CSS, Advanced HTML programming (ability to generate code and debug), preferred experience with Dreamweaver/Fireworks/Flash, Dynamic website design and programming (including css, javascript, php, DHTML, mySQL), Adobe Creative Suite, Advanced Adobe Acrobat Experience (ability to create documents for form inputs and digital signatures, and create web-based and pre-press documents), and Macromedia Studio. Please be prepared to provide two websites/pages (live urls please) that reflect your best work.
Western Canada Software Trainer
Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies requires a software trainer based out of western Canada to join our Edmonton based team. Primary responsibility is to deliver on-line training to our clients. This is a work from home position, so a home office is required.
