Job Objective:
This individual will be responsible for managing the universal sales lead distribution through the internal CRM program, generate and manage sales reports, market research and competitive analysis gathering, maintain and update client and prospect records, assist the sales team in maximizing selling time as well as coordinate and manage various sales duties for the fast paced sales environment at Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies.
Primary Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, the Sales Leads and Analytics Coordinator (SLAC) will be expected to perform these duties:
- Handle all leads that come into the company and respond to the prospect in the same way that they contacted Lone Wolf
- Be able to present the 'elevator speech' to the prospects about all Lone Wolf products
- Will be responsible for scrubbing all leads and putting them in the correct leads bucket by asking pre-qualifying questions to the prospect
- Will be responsible for assuring that all contact information is correctly input into Wolf Link
- Will be responsible for managing and deploying the various drip marketing campaigns that the marketing department has created for the universal lead definition
- Responsible for keeping the drip marketing data base updated and placing the prospects in the correct leads bucket
- Once a demo has been completed, the SLAC will also be responsible in sending a very simple Thank you and survey from the appropriate sales manager
Generate/Manage Sales Reports and Sales Administration:
- Each sales rep will be required to send the SLAC their weekly sales report card and the SLAC will be responsible for making sure that all reports are submitted in a timely manner
- Each sales department will have a roll-up report for their sales rep's weekly report card showing the number of demos; # of leads sent to each rep, contracts; etc
- On a monthly basis the SLAC will be responsible in providing the analytics for all sales activity to each sales manager
- Will keep a sales profile for each sales rep and update it monthly. This report will include #demos, #of contracts, #of open tickets, etc.
- Will design and keep updated the top revenue accounts for each division
- Will be the keeper of all sales presentations and will work with marketing to keep them updated and current
- Will be responsible for providing sales/product entries for the 'Paws'
- Will maintain and update a monthly sales calendar to keep track of sales team travel and vacations
- Will supply support to the sales management team in completing RFP's
- Will work with marketing on ensuring that there is a monthly drip campaign promotion to prospects (leads and non-leads) and current client base educating them on the Lone Wolf Products and additional features
Market Research and Competitive Analysis:
- Will be responsible for maintaining and keeping current a list of all competitors in the real estate technology sector that have competing products
- Will work with the product manager/trainers/sales in identifying our competitor's product features that we should monitor
- Will develop a spreadsheet to show the feature sets of Lone Wolf and those of their competitors and will use the 'Guide Lines for Competitive Analysis' that was developed by sales
- Will update the above spreadsheet on a quarterly basis and new competitors should be added when they have been recognized as a true competitor

The Accounting Technician is responsible for working with a number of clients' books. They will process and clean up bank reconciliations. They will also review, clean up and analyze the clients' financial books and give them a written synopsis. Tasks are completed on a monthly, quarterly, yearly or an as needed basis. The Accounting Technician will also assist new clients with transferring financial history from their old accounting system to Lone Wolf's accounting system.

Job Objective:
The MLS Specialist is responsible for all MLS Board related activities from the processing of the contract, compliance of the public sites through to scheduling of the jobs and support related activities. Also, will be the primary contact for all MLS queries and acts as a liaison between the MLS Board, Sales, Administration and Development.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all activities with the MLS Board to execute third party contracts on behalf of our clients.
- Responsible to ensure payment to the various MLS Boards are made in a timely fashion and that clients for those respective boards are invoiced accordingly.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Support and execute all testing activities (test cases, test scripts, timelines, defect tracking, deployment, and issue and risk assessments).
- Statistical analysis of defects found and in addition, ratings of defects.
- Conduct and analyze software quality tests starting early in the project life cycle up until the product is released and delivered including additional testing during application modification.
- Responsible for change management including release of the software to the end user.

The first is the technical infrastructure which includes managing the physical server environments; server life-cycle management; all components associated with data center resiliency and data back-up and recovery; core, edge and perimeter network devices; and security. The second focus area is working with architects, developers and designers to implement an underlying software infrastructure that will provide for scalability, manageability and high availability and facilitate growth of the company in an incremental and agile fashion.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage a highly technical staff responsible for the development, delivery, maintenance, and administration of the company’s servers and data storage environment.
- Direct life-cycle management of all the company’s servers, storage and appliances including procurement, installation, management and replacement.
- Provide status/utilization reports and metrics related to each.
- Develop roadmaps for server platforms, virtualization and management/monitoring capabilities.
- Manage all aspects of data center resiliency, back-up and recovery.
- Plan, develop and implement systems and procedures to improve the operating quality and efficiency of the infrastructure team.
- Manage vendor support and services for the systems operations area.
- Develop cross training opportunities within the infrastructure team as well as with other technical support groups.
- Investigate outsourcing services to assist in reducing costs, ensuring system availability and performance metrics are maintained and improved.
- Projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
- 5 - 7 years of experience in server administration, network management and data center management in a web services environment.
- Strong individual and leadership/coaching skills with 3-5+ years of Infrastructure Management and/or Enterprise IT experience.
- Exemplary knowledge in: server administration of Window's environments, server virtualization (specifically VMware ), storage area networks (specifically Lefthand Networks), server hardware (specifically HP and Dell), directory services, data back-up and recovery and data center management.
- Detailed knowledge of firewalls, load balancers, middleware technologies and a general familiarity with networking topologies and associated protocols (specifically DNS, NAT, DHCP, IIS, and IP Subnetting).
- The ability to understand in depth capacity, scalability and availability issues and think holistically to address long term requirements, yet focus on specific areas as necessary in the short term.
- Demonstrated experience in architecturally designed environments.

Job Objective:
The Marketing/Clerical Assistant is responsible for the coordination and management of Lone Wolf’s Tradeshow and Event planning, clerical assignments and other related duties.
As a member of the Customer Support team in Cambridge, you will be responsible for responding to customer questions and resolving challenges. Positions are available for supporting both our real estate accounting software clients, as well as supporting our web products for the real estate industry.
In the Customer Support role you will walk the customer through steps to resolve a variety of functionality and software issues. This role provides the opportunity to troubleshoot to work through issues, utilizing your product knowledge and technical skills, and see the customer through to a resolution.
Training will be provided. However, accounting knowledge and real estate experience would be an asset for the accounting support positions. Experience on the internet, and HTML knowledge is preferred for the website support positions.
Employees able to work 9-5pm and 12-8pm shifts are required for these positions.
