Lorne C. Wallace, President and Founder of Lone Wolf is a Chartered Accountant who has specialized in real estate brokerage accounting since 1989. Graduating from the University of Toronto in 1984, Lorne worked for Thorne, Ernst & Whinney, the largest chartered accounting firm in Canada at that time. In 1987, Lorne identified the need for accountants to take back control of the software products being produced from the programmers writing them. He founded Lone Wolf Software in 1988 and it has grown into the pre-eminent accounting software package for real estate brokerages in North America, servicing over 3,000 real estate offices, while having locations in Cambridge, Ontario and Tulsa, Oklahoma; and representation in California, Colorado and Alberta. In conjunction to Lone Wolf, Lorne operates a real estate brokerage accounting practice, becoming involved in mergers and acquisitions as well as year-end financial accounting and income tax preparation.

Lorne has spoken at numerous industry events over the last fifteen years. The topics of these real estate board events, franchise meetings and regional events, revolve around the profitability of real estate brokerages. He also taught accounting at the college level in Ontario for a number of years.

Lorne is the third generation of his family to be involved in the real estate industry in Canada. He has strong opinions on the reasons for the diminishing of profits in the industry and he believes that, with the proper understanding, it is still possible to run a profitable real estate brokerage operation.

Des O'Kelly is the Executive Vice President and partner of Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies. Des joined forces with Lorne in 1990 where his primary responsibility was sales of the Lone Wolf Realty Management System. Des' current role in the company consists mainly with product enhancement as well as new software initiatives. Prior to Lone Wolf Des owned his own real estate office for 3 years.

Outside of Lone Wolf Des enjoys wood working, doing remodelling projects around his home, spending time with his wife and three kids at their cottage, and golfing.

Dave Furness is the Vice President of Operations for Lone Wolf, stationed in Cambridge. After graduating third in his class as a Chemical Engineer from the University of Waterloo in 1984, Dave's career has spanned leadership roles in small, entrepreneurial companies through to larger multi-national firms such as Xerox and Tyco Fire and Security. His expertise is in improving operations, reducing costs, building and mentoring dynamic teams and delivering excellent customer satisfaction. Dave is an avid curler and enjoys cottage life with his family.

Jonathan Peterson is the Vice President of Sales for Lone Wolf, based out of California. Jonathan brings previous experience in Accounting and Sales Management to the team and enjoys surfing, anything outdoors, wine and fine dining and spending time with his friends and family. 

Samantha Tino is the Vice President of Lone Wolf's Global Wolf Division, based out of Colorado.  Samantha has almost ten years of experience in the Real Estate and Technology industry and enjoys many athletic activities such as running, triathlons and cycling and also loves spending time with her family and friends.

L.V. Wallace is one of Lone Wolf's Senior Sales Managers, taking care of Eastern Canada, also supporting New England and surrounding areas.  L.V. works from the Cambridge head office with previous  expertise in the Corporate Financial Management industry.  In his spare time L.V. enjoys golfing, woodworking and spending time with his family.

Jen Booth is Lone Wolf's Sales Representative for the Pacific Northwest region.  Jen joined the Wolf Pack with previous experience in the real estate industry, and is based out of Colorado.  In her spare time, Jen enjoys water sports, softball and camping.

Claire Murphy is Lone Wolf's Support Manager and joined us with an extensive Customer Service and Accounting background. Claire enjoys travelling and spending quality time with her family. 

Sarah MacDonald is the Director of Marketing for Lone Wolf. Sarah comes from the Logistics and Corporate Marketing industry and enjoys travelling, camping, reading and spending quality time with her loved ones. 

Laura Gillespie is one of Lone Wolf's Senior Sales Managers, based out of the Cambridge head office. Laura joined the team with previous experience in the Real Estate technology industry and enjoys reading, golfing and spending time at the cottage with her family and friends. 

Jeff Kuhn is a Lone Wolf Sales Representative, specializing in our Global Wolf Division. Jeff has recently received his diploma in General Business from the School of Business at Conestoga College. In his spare time, Jeff enjoys golfing, being a sports enthusiast, and spending time with family and friends.

Marina Gouveia is one of our in house Sales Representatives with her background is in the Corporate Sales Environment prior to joining Lone Wolf.   Marina enjoys reading, being a hockey mom and participating in all sports.

Tracy Simmons is Lone Wolf's Senior Sales Manager representing us in Western Canada.  Tracy is based out of Alberta with her background in software for many years prior.  In her spare time Tracy enjoys reading and golfing.   

Peter Nichols comes to the pack with 10 years of Real Estate technology sales experience, specializing in Lone Wolf 's Global Wolf Division. Peter is married, has three children and is based in Ohio.

Rachel Bottineau is one of Lone Wolf's in house Sales Representatives. Rachel comes from our Wolf Watch department where she specialized in bookkeeping and accounting services. Rachel enjoys golfing, reading, muay thai kickboxing and spending time with her family and friends.

Andrea has been a Lone Wolf Training Specialist for the past several years, with previous experience in the financial industry and has recently moved onto our Sales Team. She in one of Lone Wolf's Western Canadian Representatives, currently residing in Alberta. Andrea enjoys travelling, golfing and camping in her spare time.
