Nina Dosanjh is a brokerage executive whose career sits at the intersection of real estate operations, technology innovation, and policy advocacy. As Chief Technology and Operations Officer at Vanguard Properties, she oversees strategic operations for 17 offices and more than 500 agents, leading technology infrastructure, operational and technology budgets, and risk management systems that keep the brokerage competitive in a rapidly evolving market. A recognized industry leader, Nina has held key governance roles across the REALTOR® ecosystem, including President of the San Francisco Association of REALTORS® and President of Women’s Council of REALTORS® SF. She currently serves as MLS Policy Vice-Chair for the California Association of REALTORS®, Vice-Chair of the Brokerage Advisory Group for RESO, and in advisory roles with Realtor Property Resource (RPR) and Lone Wolf Technologies’ PropTech advisory board.
