Finally, spring has sprung! We are looking forward to getting back to the busy season with you again. But before we do that, we’re taking a couple of days to spend time with family and friends over Easter weekend, and we hope you can do the same.

With that said, our Canada and U.S. home offices will be closed on Friday, April 7 and Monday, April 10. Product support will not be fully operative, which is outlined below.

In general, support for most Lone Wolf products is not available.

Support is available for Transactions, including:

Support is fully closed for:

  • Propertybase, including CRM and Workspace

Reduced staffing support is available for most products

Unless listed below, support will be available for most Lone Wolf products. Support staff will be shared across the product line, so we appreciate your patience should you experience any minor delays.

Support is fully closed for:

  • DPN
  • Lucero
