It may be the case that this year, we’re facing a new market—or a challenging market, or an unpredictable one. But what’s not new is the feeling—or the statement of fact.

Amidst the last few years of so-called unprecedented times, one precedent has been set: now more than ever, people expect a great deal from real estate professionals at every level. In challenging, unpredictable, and yes, unprecedented markets, people who are looking to sell, invest, buy, and build alike are all hoping for more.

Where it all began

Last year’s T3 Sixty Tech Summit was where we chose to offer a first glimpse at Lone Wolf Foundation.

The amount of immediate and positive attention our announcement received validated something we knew to be true: just how badly something like Lone Wolf Foundation is wanted, if not needed, at every level of the industry.

For Lone Wolf, it started well before the T3 Sixty Tech Summit in 2023, when we started to ask ourselves the question that shaped what Lone Wolf Foundation became:

What do real estate professionals need from the software they use today?

The blueprint

In a lot of ways, Lone Wolf Back Office is the blueprint—not just for the generations of software for real estate to come, but in spirit. After all, Back Office was built to serve real estate—bringing the accounting and operations programs that brokerages relied on into a single, unified place. The goal was to reduce duplicate data entry, and the errors and interruptions in process that comes with it, making everything from a single transaction to an entire tax season simpler.

Years ago, we began taking the first steps to create a true end-to-end platform for real estate—the kind of platform that brings together all of the resources that agents and brokers rely on.

Lone Wolf may have started with Back Office, but we certainly didn’t stop there—we added to our portfolio: CMA, CRM, digital advertising, websites, performance metrics, data analytics, and more.

Further, we connected them—partnering with providers from within the industry and beyond in order to ensure that our tools and technology worked as well as they could for the people who actually needed them.

Now, we’ve gone further: we know that products, tied together with integrations and agreements, are not what real estate needs from software today. A true, one-of-a-kind platform—built with security, scalability, availability, and performance in mind—is more than the sum of its parts.

Keeping it simple…

The core of Lone Wolf Foundation has always been simplicity. Everything from standardized processes to templates and automation, and data-driven decision making to a consolidated tech stack makes good work simpler to achieve.

We started 2024 with more than just ambition—we started out with a celebration, of both our 35 years of history as an organization, and of the history we’d be making in the year to come.

The good news is that Lone Wolf Foundation is here.

The better news has yet to come.

Keep up with Lone Wolf Foundation.
