With deep experience in customer success and global operations, J.R. acts as a reliable guide for our clients, ensuring they have the exact tools and support needed to thrive.
Before joining the Lone Wolf team, J.R. served as CEO of Phoenix CX Consulting Services. At the helm of this global contact center and customer experience firm, he quickly built a highly skilled team of consultants and forged critical industry partnerships. J.R. has also directed large global teams as Senior Vice President of Product Support at Genesys and SVP of Global Customer Success at Bullhorn.
J.R. believes that while software is the engine, the customer must always be the compass. He consistently finds innovative ways to improve customer satisfaction, increase retention, and optimize operational efficiency. By bringing fresh ideas and a transformative mindset to the table, J.R. turns complex technical challenges into simple, workable solutions that help our customers achieve their ultimate goals.
JR resides in St Louis Metro, with his wife and 4 sons. He loves spending time with his family and friends, camping and attending music and sporting events.
