Frequently asked questions

Q: What do I need to set up my account?

A: With the link above, you’ll be taken to the checkout process for Transactions (zipForm Edition). From there, you’ll need your NRDS number and last name to validate your association and benefits so you can set up your account and password.

Q: If I already have Transactions (zipForm Edition), how do I move my account over to the free member benefit?

A: When your Transactions account is up for renewal, you’ll automatically be moved over to your member benefit, along with your existing transaction history. After your account moves over, you will no longer be charged for your Transactions.

Q: Is there a difference between a paid Transactions (zipForm Edition) account and my new member benefit account?

A: There is no difference in functionality between a paid Transactions (zipForm Edition) account and your new member benefit account. You’ll still be able to enjoy all the features that you’re accustomed to at no extra cost.

Q: How do I add my other new member benefits, zipForm Mobile and MLS-Connect?

A: You can go to the shopping cart and add them at no extra cost! Because both are covered for you by Oregon REALTORS®, the total in your cart for zipForm Mobile and MLS-Connect will show as $0.00.

Q: Are eSignature solutions included?

A: While eSignature solutions aren’t included in your member benefit, you can choose to add on the eSignature solution for real estate, Authentisign. You can learn more about that here.

Q: Can I transfer existing transaction forms and documents from other sources into Transactions (zipForm Edition)?

A: Yes! You’ll be able to import forms and documents from other transaction management solutions into Transactions.
