Lisa Lausten is a two-time Inman Marketing All-Star.

Awards rarely recognize sustained work. They tend to reward a moment: a campaign that landed, a quarter that popped, which is part of what makes this one worth noting.

Lisa Lausten, Chief Marketing Officer at Lone Wolf Technologies, has been named an Inman Marketing All-Star for the second year in a row. And if you look at what the past year actually held for her team, the recognition makes a lot of sense.

This wasn't a year of refinements. Lone Wolf went through a full brand relaunch, a rebuilt website, and multiple product launches, all while the broader market was watching the company closely to see how it was evolving. Lisa held all of that together. Kept the messaging coherent when it easily could have fractured. Made sure the brand Lone Wolf was putting into the world actually reflected the company it was becoming.

One of the things that distinguishes Lisa's approach is that she actually listens to the industry, not just the data. She's been a driving force behind Lone Wolf's PropTech Advisory Board, which brings together real estate professionals to have candid conversations about where the industry is headed and what agents and brokers actually need from their technology. That kind of direct input is hard to manufacture. It shows up in the decisions the marketing team makes, and in how the company talks about its products.

That kind of direct input is hard to manufacture. It shows up in the decisions the marketing team makes, and in how the company talks about its products.

Real estate professionals are not a patient audience. They've seen too much breathless, jargon-heavy messaging that promises transformation and delivers a product demo. Lisa's work goes the other direction. It's grounded. It names real problems. And it trusts the audience to recognize the difference.

That's not easy to pull off when you're also managing a brand relaunch and a new website in the same year. Those are the kinds of projects that, when they go wrong, make everything else harder. When they go right, they quietly raise the floor for everything the marketing team does afterward.

Lisa's floor has gone up every year she's been here. The second Inman All-Star recognition says so.

Congratulations, Lisa. We're proud to have you leading the way.
