Top Maryland real estate associations collaborate to deliver Lone Wolf Transactions as a member benefit.
Tens of thousands of Maryland agents will benefit from Transactions (zipForm Edition) digital real estate tools.
CAMBRIDGE, ON and DALLAS, TX - December 17, 2021 - Lone Wolf Technologies ("Lone Wolf") is announcing today a groundbreaking collaboration between more than a dozen Maryland real estate associations-including Anne Arundel County Association of REALTORS®, Bay Area Association of REALTORS®, Cecil County Board of REALTORS®, Coastal Association of REALTORS®, Frederick County Association of REALTORS®, Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS®, Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS®, Harford County Association of REALTORS®, Historic Highlands Association of REALTORS®, Howard County Association of REALTORS®, Mid-Shore Board of REALTORS®, Pen-Mar REALTORS®, Prince Georges County Association of REALTORS®, and Southern Maryland Association of REALTORS®. These associations will now provide more than 30,000 of their members with Transactions (zipForm Edition).
With the national member benefit being retired at the end of 2021, these associations came together to provide a solution that could serve all their members. By partnering with Lone Wolf, members will be able to complete real estate transactions from a single platform, keeping their workflow running smoothly, even in a rapidly moving market.
"This type of collaboration within associations is unprecedented," said Lisa Mihelcich, General Manager of Associations at Lone Wolf. "These visionary associations saw that equipping their agents with the digital tools to work smart (and paper-free) from wherever they are could help them establish themselves in the digital space and stay ahead of the evolving real estate industry."
Lone Wolf's mission is to simplify real estate for agents, brokers, and consumers across North America with digital solutions that address all levels of the transaction process. Digitizing transactions allows all involved to stay on the same page and make communications and tasks faster and easier. With Lone Wolf's recent acquisitions - Cloud CMA, HomeSpotter, LionDesk, Terradatum, and Propertybase - the company offers agents and brokers the industry's most comprehensive set of solutions from one place, keeping real estate professionals supported through data analysis, transactions, digital marketing, and beyond.
In speaking with Hugh Gordon, Association Executive at Frederick County Association of REALTORS® and Mike Graziano of Prince Georges County Association of REALTORS® they agreed that "This was an amazing opportunity for our associations to partner with the leader in real estate technology and collectively provide the industry's best transaction management solution to all of our members. Serving our members with tools that support their business has been a unifying mission among all of the Maryland associations involved, and this partnership will not only improve real estate for agents and brokers in our state, but for buyers and sellers as well."
