Canada Launches Nationwide Platform to Simplify Real Estate Transactions

Rollout of new CREA WEBForms®, the transaction management platform powered by Lone Wolf Technologies’ TransactionDesk, starts today in Saskatchewan, followed by Ontario in April

Cambridge, ON — March 14, 2019

Lone Wolf Technologies ("Lone Wolf"), the North American leader in residential real estate software, announces that the Canadian rollout of CREA WEBForms® Powered by TransactionDesk starts today in Saskatchewan, followed by Ontario in April. The platform is launching province by province and is targeted to be fully implemented across Canada by Fall 2019.

The new CREA WEBForms® is an online transaction management platform powered by Lone Wolf’s TransactionDesk, and is provided to over 100,000 members of The Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) as a member benefit. The platform, which features agent tools for forms, Board and Association MLS® Systems integration, document storage, and transaction management, gives real estate professionals one system to manage their transactions from start to finish. This consolidated platform will make transaction management simpler and more efficient for nearly every real estate professional in the country, transforming real estate transactions nationwide.

"Real estate has so many tools for transactions that it’s nearly impossible for agents, clients, and brokers to manage their deals with any kind of ease or consistency," said Jack Blaha, CEO of Lone Wolf Technologies. "That changes today with CREA WEBForms®. Powered by TransactionDesk, this platform will provide a simple transaction experience for the entire Canadian real estate industry, one that works just as well for agents as it does their home buyers and sellers, brokers, and boards."

CREA WEBForms® also comes with exclusive add-on features for both agents and brokerages. These add-ons include Authentisign, real estate’s number-one eSignature tool, as well as TransactionDesk Broker Edition, a complete transaction management platform featuring broker dashboards, broker file review, company-level checklists and templates, and an integration to Lone Wolf’s brokerWOLF, the back office and accounting solution used by nearly 2,000 brokerages in Canada. These additional features ensure that transaction data flows from the agent to the brokerage, from contract to close to general ledger, ensuring compliance and communication through the entire deal. These add-ons are available for purchase today.

"This is a turning point for the Canadian real estate industry," said Joe Kazzoun, GM of Transaction Management at Lone Wolf. "Equipped with tools from Lone Wolf, Canadian real estate professionals will be able to leverage a single platform that works with their MLS® and their brokerage’s back office system in real time. I’m confident the CREA WEBForms® will transform real estate transactions in Saskatchewan first, followed by Ontario and the rest of Canada."
