Getting started is easy. You can turn on tenant screening when you create a new lease transaction.

  • Step 1: Create a new lease transaction
    From your Transactions List page, start a new lease transaction like you normally would.
  • Step 2: Turn on Tenant Screening
    In the setup screen, find Enable Tenant Screening and switch it on; this automatically creates your Apply Link once the transaction goes live.
  • Step 3: Finish and save the transaction
    Complete the rest of the property details and save your work so the listing and Apply Link are ready to share.
  • Step 4: Copy your Apply Link and share the listing
    Go to the Paperwork tab, then look for the Tenant Screening section on the left to copy your unique Apply Link.

Because that link is tied to the transaction, applicants will see the right property details, screening criteria, and fees automatically when they open it.
